1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and utilizing the Hexa Fitness website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following detailed terms of service. These govern your usage of hexafitness.qa.

2. Product Accuracy

We work tirelessly to ensure that all specifications, dimensions, images, and prices of our fitness equipment are 100% accurate. However, due to continuous improvements by international brands (such as Life Fitness, Precor etc), slight variations may occur. Hexa Fitness reserves the right to correct any errors and modify pricing unannounced.

3. Payment Terms

All transactions made through our online checkout portal are secured via Stripe and standard local gateways. Full payment must be cleared before the dispatch of heavy equipment or the initiation of custom gym facility installations.

4. Order Cancellations

Standard orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Custom orders (such as custom colored rigs or specialized flooring dimensions) cannot be canceled once manufacturing or processing has initiated.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
